Training & Development
We are proud of our achievements and evidence of our success is supported by the high degree of repeat business we enjoy. We believe that our policy of total flexibility in course design, content and delivery technique is also a key contributing factor to our success in the training and development arena.
Who Do We Train?
We work with employees at all levels of the organisation, from top management to front line team members. Our workshops are intentionally designed for presentation to small groups, thus allowing a high degree of interaction between the facilitator and each participant. The principles of action learning are one of the major underpinnings of all our training. Our goal is to enhance every participant’s learning experience.
We do not compete in the public workshop market. Our preference is to focus on small group, in-house, customised training, where we know we can make the most significant impact.
About Our People
We are the first to acknowledge that our trainers need to be special people who have a mix of experience, subject expertise and facilitation skills so that they can comfortably communicate and interact with employees at all levels of an organisation. Tertiary level qualifications and business experience are the other two components that add to their credentials.
The Latest Research
We offer training courses in topical areas that reflect what is happening in the business environment right now. Therefore all the materials we present in our workshops are based on the latest research and for that reason our content is both topical and pertinent.
Training Needs Analysis
Participation in a training needs analysis can help an organisation recognise and then prioritise its training requirements. Business Decisions can help you identify skills and knowledge gaps, and from there we will develop and deliver training programs that will address any shortfalls that have been identified. This process ensures that our training is always focused on meeting individual needs and is tailored to each organisation’s requirements.
