Where ever possible, action learning processes are built into our modules, our workshops and our consulting assignments. Our fundamental belief, that people learn best by doing and reflecting on their actions, has led us to become almost evangelical about action learning. BDI's Principals and key staff members are all certified action learning coaches under the WIAL system, and partners in the International Management Centres Association, perhaps the world's largest business school using only action learning methodologies.

In addition the LIFO® Method powers most of our training programs, our coaching and consulting work. The LIFO® Method is one of the world's best behavioural tools used for a wide range of applications including productivity, cultural change, leadership, negotiation and conflict resolution. BDI is the sole Australasian agent for the LIFO® Method.
